Description	The project addresses rural development in general, to recover and improve rural assets and livelihoods in rural and remote areas as well as to create income generating opportunities for vulnerable groups. The project is expected to demonstrate that bottlenecks can be overcome by empowering and mobilising local communities towards improving their “self-help” capacities to respond to the local challenges in close cooperation with the local authorities.Technical assistance activities will be implemented in six target villages (rural communities) within the three districts of the Jalal-Abad Province (Bazar-Korgon, Aksy and Ala-Buka) in close collaboration with Community Based Organisations (CBOs) and the Districts and Province administration.
