Description | The objective of the project is to offer integrated services promoting entrepreneurship in the tourism sector in the three target regions of Bucharest-Ilfov, Sud Muntenia and North East.The Project is targeting an economic sector that has very large “spill-over” effects to the overall economy, and it can employ a significant percentage of the population. Tourism is crucial in the future economic development of the country, and it has a huge potential for expansion.This is one of the reasons why our Project is designed as a comprehensive intervention that will assist in promoting entrepreneurial culture through creativity and innovation, increasing capacity of existing and potential professionals in the tourism industry through comprehensive training, developing the entrepreneurial and managerial skills that are in short supply, and ultimately improving the economic status of a significant number of people.The Project is an integrated intervention that will be implemented through four intervention axes, which are expected to assist in cumulatively attaining its specific objectives, and providing added value.The specific objectives are:

Description | The objective of the project is to develop flexibilility in the labor market by increasing the allocation of rural non-agricultural activities, promoting entrepreneurial spirit, and by drawing on non-agricultural activities of people in subsistence and engaged agriculture. Therefore, increase of employment and participation rate in rural non-agricultural activities is critical.The general objective is supported by: the opportunities for human resources development and development of rural labor markets, particularly inclusive, and the need to reduce working exclusion process for socio-professional categories in rural areas.Agriculture is the core livelihood of the rural economy, but non-agricultural activities and other activities generated by these sources are becoming increasingly important for households in rural areas. Development of non-agricultural sector is a key factor for providing increasing employment and income to workers. Training and entrepreneurship improvement leading to modernize the educational capital, improve capital, ensuring socio-economic integration in non-agricultural sectors in rural areas and also help reduce social inequality.Thus, the overall objective of the project is to promote social inclusion of particular types of people into the rural labor market, by providing training, re-training and development of entrepreneurship in target groups (under priority axis 5 “Promoting active employment measures”).The specific objectives are:
