Institutional and capacity development

We provide services of institutional and capacity development which support the modernisation and reforms in public administration systems, at the national, regional and local levels. Our goal is to upgrade the services provided by the public sector to the citizens and consequently increasing their quality of life.

Additionally we are aiming at facilitating and supporting the reforms leading to approximation to the structural and legal requirements of the European Union.
